An electro-mechanical piano, which uses stiff metal tines (based on an asymmetrical metal tuning fork), rather than strings, which are struck by a neoprene rubber-tipped hammer and amplified by electromagnetic pickups, much like on a guitar. The Eighty-Eight has a full 88 keys, and comes with a hard top cover that latches like a suitcase for easy transport.
