Apparently the result of someone modding a Big Muff circuit (after asking on web forums how to do so) & marketing the resulting product (with circuit board hidden by epoxy) as "The Siamese Dream sound", although it wasn't actually used on it. Billy was sent one of these, and has apparently used it, though, so it must not be that bad.
