Song written for & about Wizzo the clown/magician, who appeared on The Bozo Show in Chicago from 1968-1994. Although the original Wizzo, played by Marshall Brodien, died in 2019, his son Marshall Jr continues to perform as the character and joined Billy on stage for the 2023-12-31 performance of this song.
